Long term client
A large for-profit home in Sydney recently (first quarter of 2021) received an unannounced re-accreditation audit visit. With four assessors over four days, this amazing team of management, staff and a representative of the approved provider were extatic to learn they achieved full compliance. That’s right they had 42 out of 42 requirements achieveing a rating of met.
With dedication, knowledge, persistence and hard work from all the team at the home, and assistance from someone who has an extensive knowledge of aged care including legislative requirements and understanding what will be acceptable and not acceptable, this rating is still achievable.
Let us help you join this currently small group of homes with full compliance and a generally happy work environment.
Getting back to compliance
Working with a smaller home in the Sydney suburbs in late 2020, a team including the management of the home and all staff and a group of consultants, in four months managed to turn a home from looking at significant non-compliance to full compliance.
They are now working to ensure they will continue to provide the care and services they need to, to maintain this compliance.
Preparing for re-accreditation
A small group are currently working with some guidance and direction to ensure all their homes meet all requirements.
Senior management of the group and the management in all homes are working well to ensure that they are fully aware of and comply with all they need to to achieve full compliance with the Quality Standards.
